Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for the sale of goods by Lucca Perla trading as Lucca Perla Limited Company, registered in England under VAT number 376096759, whose registered address is 17 Blatchford Court, York, YO30 5GW, United Kingdom. Lucca Perla Limited organizational number is 12299694.

Our agreement takes effect on the date we ship your items, based on the information you supplied on the order form. The agreement will only cover the goods specified on the confirmation of despatch email sent at the time of shipment. All correspondence from us to you is included in our agreement. 

The prices are displayed on the website next to the product image and include any applicable value-added tax in the United Kingdom. 

All payments for goods must be made in advance before we can dispatch them. Discount codes or coupons do not apply to sale items. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We retain the right to alter product prices at any moment and without notice. 

If the shoes are returned in resellable/perfect condition within 14 days of receipt, we will always refund or exchange them. We generally do not reimburse postage unless we made a mistake. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to return or exchange your shoes with us. The items must be returned with a copy of the invoice, as well as a returns form. Please utilise the original or equivalent packaging as a form of protection. We cannot accept scuffed, worn-in, or damaged goods, and they must be in the exact flawless condition as when they were received, including the attached original tag. (As a result, we recommend that you try on shoes on the carpet). We will exchange the goods as requested, or if you want, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the expense of returning the items; we recommend using registered/traceable and insured mail because we cannot be held liable for misplaced packages. In the case of exchanges (for example, for size adjustments), please note that, while we ask you to cover the cost of returning the shoes to us, we will cover the cost of returning the replacement shoes to you. We are, in effect, sharing the expense in this way. The refund takes up to 14 days to proceed after we receive the package. We don’t accept returns of the discounted products although they can be exchanged for other sale items. Please contact [email protected] for more information. 

An estimated delivery date will be provided when we send you an order confirmation. Please keep in mind that anticipated delivery dates may change depending on the availability of goods, your location, and other factors beyond our control. Our guarantee does not cover any defects that resulted from the following: conventional wear and tear, intentional damage or misuse of the products, incidental damage, failure to use the goods in accordance with their instructions, or unauthorised alteration or repairs of the products. 

We have done everything possible to ensure that the goods match the photographs and descriptions on our website and marketing literature. However, due to errors that may develop during the publishing process and/or changes in the colour reproduction of electronic displays, we cannot guarantee that all images will be perfectly accurate. 

Although every effort is made to ensure that price lists, descriptions, and other marketing literature is accurate at the time of publishing, omissions or errors may occur, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer of sale.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed in breach of this Agreement if we have delayed or failed to perform any of our obligations due to a cause beyond our reasonable control. When the event outside of our control is over, we will notify you and offer information of any new dates, times, or availability of goods as appropriate. If an occurrence beyond our control lasts more than 30 days, we will terminate the contract and notify you of the termination. Any reimbursements owed to you as a result of the cancellation will be made as soon as reasonable. 

You may not use the site or its content for any illegal purpose, including collecting or tracking other people’s personal information. For breaching any of the prohibited uses, we retain the right to discontinue your usage of the service. 

Lucca Perla Ltd and its employees will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any products obtained using the service, or any other claim arising out of or related to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
