Trying on the shoes 

New shoes are stiff, and the heel tends to pull. If the heel slips, bend the shoe; the shoe will develop a natural curve as it wears in. A tiny finger should be able to slide down the back of the heel. 

We cannot accept back dirty, scuffed, or worn shoes or worn soles, so please try your new shoes on the carpet. 

Returns & Exchanges 

If the shoes are returned in resellable/perfect condition within 14 days of receipt, we will always refund or exchange them. We generally do not reimburse postage unless we made a mistake. 

How to return & exchange? 

• Please email us at [email protected] if you need to return or exchange your shoes with us. 
• The items must be returned with a copy of the invoice, as well as a completed returns form. Please utilize the original or equivalent packaging as a form of protection. DOWNLOAD THE FORM
• We cannot accept scuffed, worn-in, or damaged goods, and they must be in the exact flawless condition as when they were received, including the attached original tag (as a result, we recommend that you try on shoes on the carpet).
• We will exchange the goods as requested, or if you want, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation. 
• You are responsible for the expense of returning the items; we recommend using registered/traceable and insured mail because we cannot be held liable for misplaced packages. 
• In the case of exchanges (for example, for size adjustments), please note that, while we ask you to cover the cost of returning the shoes to us, we will cover the cost of returning the replacement shoes to you. We are, in effect, sharing the expense in this way.
• The refund takes up to 14 days to proceed after we receive the package.
• We don’t accept returns of the discounted products although they can be exchanged for other sale items. Please contact us by using our Contact page for more information.
